Good Essay About Education –answer Questions
Part 1
David had other options that were open to him when developing the training module considering that the time the employer had given him was limited. One option would have been to learn the needs of the users of the system before initiating the development. Failure to know the needs of the end users would have led to a failure of the system developed. Another option that was open to David in view of the time he had left would be to improve one of his systems to suit that which was required by the employers. Improving an initial plan would have been useful in ensuring that the time required developing a new system was limited and the needs of the end users would be incorporated faster. The rationale is that the existing system would have offered a basis for all these components. David would also have used lesser time in training the members of his team so as to enable him to complete the module in time. This would entail teaching the members of his team the essentials needed to accomplish the task at hand (Ertmer & Quinn, 2013).
