The topic for this study will be risk analysis for real estate investment. It will analyze various types of risks that are associated with real estate investment in order to come up with ways to minimize them.

Objectives

The study will seek to analyze various risks that are associated with real estate investments such as market competition risks, financial risks, interest rate risk, social risks, natural risks, among other types of risks. Secondly, the study will seek to understand how all these types of risks affect all the parties that are involved in real estates. These parties include the property buyers and sellers, financial institutions, government land and housing agencies among others. Thirdly, the study will provide suggestions that all players in the real estate industries can use in order to mitigate these risks.

Methodology

The study will mainly rely on secondary sources rather than primary sources since many researches have been done in the past on the same topics. The researcher will conduct a literature review on this topic in order to meet the study objectives.
