Linked Up is an initiative of the Drury University that seeks to promote the use of LinkedIn among the undergraduates of the university. It also aims to create awareness of the current career opportunities among the students.

JOB: TV Advert
The scene description:
A third-year student appears to the photocopying area of Drury University. Apparently, he is carrying loads of paperwork comprising of books, certificates, and the articles he has written since his first year. As he is about to enter the room, he bumps on a final year student who is coming out of the area.

Third-year student(TYS): Sorry about that pal.

Final-year student(FYS): Pal. (looking fairly surprised) Did you say pal?
Third-year student(TYS): Yes, I did.
Final-year student(FYS): Interesting!
Third-year student(TYS): I think I know you. You must be Joe.

Final-year student(FYS): (After 3second). What! Mike! What’s up!

Third-year student(TYS): Am okay man.
Final-year student(FYS): What are you up to with all these papers.
Third-year student(TYS): I want to Xerox my documents to start applying for jobs.
Final-year student(FYS): Gosh (giving a snobbish look). Haven’t’ you had about the LinkeDUp initiative that promotes LinkedIn? It’s the coolest and hassle-free way of getting jobs nowadays. Come on. Forget about that Xeroxing thing and Link up man.

Third-year student(TYS): You mean (Surprised)

Final-year student (FYS): (Cuts in on him) Yap. That’s the way to go man. LinkedIn sets you into a world of numerous networks of people and opportunities for work. Moreover, it’s so easy to operate. You only need to know one guy working in a company and off you go! (lifts his hands in a sequel towards the sky)
