Delta Wyattgeisinger (Ch 8) According to Todd (2006), I think Delta’s argument is that in the modern world there are still some therapists who render conditional positive regard towards the patients. Although most of the therapist may be forced to disagree with some of the patient’s behaviors and actions, he recognizes the inherent worth of the person, (Rogers et al., 2013). In relation to Delta’s claim, I also assert that the core value of unconditional positive regard is the ability to review and distinguish the behaviors from the very person who tend to perpetrator execute them, (Rogers et al., 2013. However, I also claim that the therapist must exercise the ethical standards as professional and trained personnel in that field, (Todd, 2006). In my summary, Delta’s argument appeals to all therapist to follow the ethical principles and professional standards as trained personnel to render unconditional positive regard and act professionally or genuinely throughout to all patients, (Rogers et al., 2013).Kathie Burnette (DBA 9) In the analysis by Todd (2006) and in relation toKathie claims,I also argue that if therapist displays unconditional positive regard, this condition will put the patient in a situation where he/she can quickly realize and come-up with important decisions, (Todd, 2006). In the same analysis by Rogers et al., (2013), Kathie’s explanation tries to justify that when a therapist allows a patient to bring personal ideas about the wrong or right than others opinion,it can allow a client to make sense about his/her own decision, (Todd, 2006). I also agree that if a patient is given a chance to bring his/her ideas, it will allow him/her to think, examine, analyze his/her belief and draw a conclusion, (Rogers et al., 2013; Todd, 2006).In my summary, according to the study by Todd (2006), I think this will help the patient to gain useful experience and stay confidence so that he can face challenges which he might go thro
