He grew near Charlotte, North Carolina and rose in the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church by parents. Graham at the age of 16 years he was converted in 1934 during revival meeting at Charlotte led by Ham. Billy Graham is capable preacher or pastor. He has played his roles as an evangelist and the American pastor in Billy Graham’s evangelistic ministry well, and it has been well documented. Graham was chief executive officer (CEO) of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) for more than fifty years and oversaw its worldwide congregations and various media divisions. In addition, he was at the vanguard of the vigorous “evangelical movement” that rose from anonymity in the 1940s to become a conspicuous social and political power fifty years later. Graham was named one of the top ten leaders of the twentieth century by time magazine .
There are skills Billy Graham uses to communicate for life change. First, Graham was a passionate leader. His leadership style has been an inspiration to many people to increase their potential. Second, his leadership was based on love. He was leading with love to all people who listened to him while spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. Also, he was humorous, bold and brimming over with energy and enthusiasm. In addition, he stresses the significance of combining a healthy body with a healthy attitude and of making the most of every opportunity. He also talked to a broad cross-section of businesses on how they can increase performance levels in the workplace (Stanley & Jones, 2008).
