Question one:

A series of factors must come out clear in order to tell whether of the following factors are RCRA hazard wastes that could be harmful to the existence of human beings and the safety of the environment as well. Hazardous waste, therefore, is a general term that may be used to refer to harmful particulates of matter that may be unsuitable for the survival of human beings and the purity of the environment. RCRA hazardous waste for this case is described as the list of all the possible solid particulates that are harmful to the human beings and the environment and are governed by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("Delay of Closure for RCRA Hazardous Waste Management Facilities. RCRA Information Brief", 1993).
Considering an empty pesticide container, it qualifies to be a hazardous waste because it has all the effects to the environment. It has contents that have been manufactured from an industry and for this case operates under the regulations of the RCRA regulations and requirements under the F list.
For the case of municipal water containing having 2.o mg/L, it cannot be termed as RCRA hazardous waste. The capacity limit for chemical components that operate under the RCRA limitations is 40 CFR §261.2.
For the case of a dry cleaner that produces 10kg/mo. Of carbon tetrachloride and wishes to store the product for a period of 6 months can be said to be an RCRA hazardous waste since it exceeds the given limit.

Question 2:

The case presented involving the number of anticipated bulbs to be collected as 250 Kg/Mo cab be analysed from the perspective of the mercury content involved in their preservation. In this case, they can be considered under the Code of Federal regulations as safe until they have been disposed by the owners due to their mercury content. In this case, the 250Kg/Mo is considered environmentally safe until the time it will be disposed by the handlers. After it is disposed, the necessary Act can take control on the preservation of the environment due to their harmful nature after they have been used ("Delay of Closure for RCRA Hazardous Waste Management Facilities. RCRA Information Brief", 1993). They could be kept for a long time in this case until they are disposed.

Question 3:

The major concept that is concerned with the use of the abbreviation LD50 is that of the median lethal dose. It is defined as the amount of mass that can be applied in correct measurement to be measured per weight of a specific body applied to kill half of a test population in a measurement. LD50 values 2, 3, 7, 8,-TCDD described as the most poisonous is entirely misleading (Romano, Welling, and Bell, 2003). The best definition for this is explaining it as the most potent and a congener in its main series of the polychlorinated dibenzodioxins.

Question 4:

For the case of a disposed drum being identified with one of known multimillion company, organizations must be held responsible for their own actions. In this case, they company must be liable for the drum and any other related damages that it could have caused to the overlying environment.

Question 5:

Bioremediation refers to the biological process by which living organisms of various natures are applied as a technique of neutralizing pollutants from an infected region. The VOC technology incorporates engineering concepts in the executing of the various bioremediation processes (Romano, Welling, and Bell, 2003). The use of natural means makes it easy to access the natural organisms that are applied in the bioremediation process.
