The example of the reactions can be mentioned from all around the world from United States of America to South Africa. The most important aspect is its evolutionary aspects. The form of slavery has been changing with time. Its trend from sixteenth to the nineteenth century shows a particular trend of dynamism. The following is the chronological evolution of and dynamism that can be traced from the sixteenth century. During early sixteenth century, racism was mainly seen inform of slavery, that is people were enslaved and discriminated due to their race, for example the black race. Africans were exported from their lands to the foreign land to assist the white in tilling the gardens of their masters. They did jobs under the duress and hardship of their master with no payment and meager foods. The children of the slaves were destined to be a slave automatically. Their freedom was infringed on different from. The masters molested the refugees and sexually abused them before trading the abuse with giving freedom from the camps that they held hostage under hard conditions. A case between Bintre vs. La Palu, it was termed that the freedom was tradeoff where for impurity. Another form of racism during this period took religious dimensions. The Jews featured on this latter scenario immensely. Most of them were slaves where they worked without clothing and foods. Some of the Jews were expelled after being taken through a series of hard work. It came to be known anti-Semitism. The other denomination like Catholic had their followers baptized by force. It explains the extent to which racism had destroyed the social fabric of the country and globally at large. It was with such extreme treatment that made most of the people to react in order to bring change. Many movements were born out of this suffering to attempt restore sanctity and equality of the human race. In the nineteenth century, the form of racism evolves where slavery reduced in its form. The world of scientific research was intermixed with tinge of racism in the attempt of understanding human being. Those of African descent could have feeling of being still low in the diversity. According to Souneback (2003) where the famous research of Darwin is vastly mentioned, it indicated that the human being are barbaric. Human being. The scientific approach indicated that human being descended from lowly organized form of the chimpanzees. Concerning this finding, it is arguable that with little power, the human being will tend to show mighty over the rest. Viewing racism on the prism of history and in chronological order can help inform better policy making against the vice in modern time. Through the knowledge of history, policy maker can know the cause and the intention of racism so that the policy focus on correcting the historical problem. Narrow-minded approach can result in precipitating its effect rather than redressing it.
