In a company, a manager strictly follows the particular objectives. These objectives relate to the mission and vision of the company. The accomplishment of every objective leads to a great success in management. A manager can never be wrong when he performs his responsibility with proper leadership and every member of the company would benefit. The possible risk a manager can experience during the process without any mastery of the objectives set by the company is misleading leadership. This misleading leadership result in a weak response from the employees. The weak response causes the company to critical condition that leads to the unsuccessful outcome. Consequently, the unsuccessful outcome triggers closure of the company, if, not addressed well. It is a nature that the highest level of accomplishments happens after the successful completion of the objectives.
Among the many forms of trainings utilized by companies, these two forms of trainings are apparently productive; good leadership and supervision and good human resources. Every company is always aware of assisting the employee to set their goals and to achieve the goals. It is the full responsibility of the managers to take part of this awareness. It is certain that the respected and successful managers possessed the qualities: (1) can deal any conflicts; (2) good in communicating with others; (3) has a proper confidence; (4) with principles; and (5) competent. However, any evident of weaknesses in the qualities can lead to possible obstacles to the long-term success of the company.
Every employee expects to see how their duty contributes to the set corporate objectives. The proper setting of the right targets makes their connection explicit with the employee, the manager, and the company as a whole. The proper goal-setting is very significant in the mechanism for providing the feedback in the end. In addition, the proper establishing and monitoring every target can provide the employees to have real-time inputs on their respective performances with good motivations to reach the goals. Indeed, appropriate orientation and good training are very effective in the success of the company. Everything is a process, a process is a quality change of mastery for a total success.
In case there is a certain issue committed by an employee that causes the company to less productivity, it is necessary to identify motivational alternatives. This motivational alternative is to have re-orientation or refreshing workshop for the employees. The workshop can help the employees mobilize their potentials back at work. It is just a matter of reminding them to work as a team with one sole purpose, success. The effective procedure to guide every member of the company is to inject good leadership and good human resource. Through good leadership and good human resource, there is a boost to the retention and the career of the employees. There is no way of any downfalls or back traps will occur.
Beforehand, the standards are set for the different job assignments, methods of performances and developments necessary for appropriate trainings intended for the members of the company. It is highly known to all managers that good management is the core target to accomplish the corporate objectives. In terms of personnel selection process for a specific position, the good human resource can handle it accordingly. The company’s policy implementation is enforced in the management training areas; the trainings have its quality initiatives to educate every member. Additionally, everyday managers deal with issues pertaining to human resource though most of the responsibilities covered by the human resource ground. Managers interview, hire, fire, and discipline the employees; as such, the managers should also undergo some trainings, especially in the existing basic employment law.
The objectives that are well-planned and well-implemented result in great success. Good management with good leadership and good human resource help polish skills, build confidence and create effective and efficient employees and managers. In addition, trainings reinforce and maintain the vision and mission of the company. Everyone can benefit from the specific trainings to help a unified management-employee relationship.
