Personality matters when searching for a job because an individual has to work in an environment where he or she suits. It is since there is no requirement to pretend about personality because the discomfort will be evident, and it wouldn’t work in the end. As a retail manager, the administrator is the appropriate personality type according to KTS II assessment. This type of personality is characterized by; results oriented, strong negotiator, strong customer service, appropriate listening skills and best in communicating. These features make administrators and retail managers achieve their targets as per the set objectives.
Question two
Administrative personality type will influence job search since the main focus will be on an administrative based opportunity. It is because an individual personality determines his or her comfort in the working environment. It has initiated innovative skill development towards the target career. In the modern world, people like pretending by venturing into a job market where their personality does not fit. It is mostly led by inadequate opportunities in the job market.

In marketing, the total sales made per day can be improved by incorporating strong negotiator skills and embarking on strong customer service traits. These are appropriate ideas that can even improve the way of life. Marketing is a good job that is more productive and interesting; this is because through those two features there will be a huge improvement in the total income from sales.

This will assist in developing appropriate curriculum vitae that the employers will trust.

The ability weak areas include; being detailed oriented which is hard to adapt, and it calls for struggle and handwork because when information is detailed it brings about confusion which can be won through self- motivation. Demonstrating things to a customer is another aspect that troubles the approach given to clients. It can be dealt with by gaining courage to overcome errors that are evident during the process.

Being supportive is a transferable skill that calls to be incorporated by everyone in the modern society because it should be evident by people during interactions in order to win their assistance. All the people seeking the aid that the skill has will be granted.
Caring for others is a skill that is transferable and appreciable in all working environments. It is a feature that is portrayed by many people because it reflects the essence of humanity. In every place, it is advisable to display this skill in order to assist others, and being there for them in their needy times by providing them with the appropriate requirements.
Every individual in the professional or career development field must be goal oriented, because achievement must be the end result for every focused individual. It is a trait that should be developed and transferable to others because it will also help them in focusing on the future.
