How the Project Affects the College MALOs and the University ZULOs
The project interacts with the ZULOs and MALOs in various means. TO fully deal with these interactions, I shall first begin by exploring the project and its strengths, weaknesses and how they can be bolstered and improved respectively. The primary weakness of the project lies in its inability to account for all possible situations especially the unknown and unexpected challenges that might result. Due regard, accorded, it is impossible for any plan or project to be ready for all outcomes, the best, a plan can do, is be fluid, flexibility and dynamic. The dynamism and flexibility allow the project to adapt to any new scenario and deal with the challenges as they arise without the project unravelling. In addition, further research has been suggested by the results to focus on the speed acquisition and attainment of the learning objectives of ZULOs and MALOs by the graduates of both colleges and universities.
A Reflection on my Learning Process
In this section, I will explore the areas in which I have achieved the goals of my ZULOs and MALOs.
Quantitative Reasoning and Critical Thinking
As a ZU graduate I expected to have an in-depth understanding, and the capacity to demonstrate their competence in the requisite areas. The areas include understanding, evaluating and applying both the quantitative and qualitative information in the exploration of relevant issues, development of informed opinions and solving problems. From the experience in the Capstone project, I am sure that I am improving my quantitative reasoning and bolstering my critical thinking. An example of this occurred in the analysis of financial data I discovered that I was more adept at recognizing mistakes and fixing them promptly.
Information Literacy
I expected to have ease in locating, evaluating and using the appropriate information from multiple sources to have the proper and adequate response to a broad spectrum of needs that might arise. The Capstone project involved numerous areas in which I have to research information from numerous and varied sources and apply that information to the project in a coherent manner. In addition, I learnt how to spot the different need that must be met and how to best handle them efficiently.
Language
As a ZU graduate will be fluent in both English and Modern Standard Arabic. Consequently, the as a graduate I will be able to use the professional and academic conventions of both languages appropriately. The importance of communication to business, rather to all fields of human interactions cannot be overstated. In the Capstone project usage of interpersonal skills accompanied all the other methods that compose effective communication in a business environment.
