Good Example Of Personal Statement On Why I Transfer
Business has always been a family staple. Grown up to a businessman father, I have developed early awareness of business and management at workplace and in our household. Currently, I am an international student and a business major. Informed by business practices, personal and professional interests and, not least, great expectations of a career as an entrepreneur, I have developed broader and more ambitious plans at a private, established university. Still, I am planning a move into a further rewarding business education for career- and social-related reasons at a private, prestigious university.
The program offerings (particularly as described in school practicum) are optimally aligned to my career and community goals. Mainly, I hope to bridge a current conceptual knowledge gap as well as a business practice gap I find in School X offering. The range of courses and internship opportunities I find in School Y are, if anything, most fulfilling in combining conceptual knowledge and practice based on latest instruction strategies, let alone a prestigious staff of extensive research and practical business experience. Moreover, being committed to community service on personal and professional levels, I find School Y's program not only meeting my career-related business education objectives but also my long-standing experience in philanthropy and voluntary work, a social / business activity line I have come to pursue following my father's footsteps in donation and social function efforts as part of giving back to community and, not least, corporate social responsibility.
If anything, choosing a solid springboard of business education as at School Y should not only help me acquire necessary skills (delivered by business researchers and practitioners) in an increasingly complex business ecosystem but also leverage self-branding in more confidence as I engage in actual business activities after graduation based on market-oriented and socially responsible education at School Y.
