The construction case

Delays in constructions are the most expensive liabilities; it is beneficial for the projects to end in the speculated time. It is important for the management team of the project to identify the possible causes of delay and look for the possible ways of countering the delays. Minimizing delays helps in minimizing the expenses of the company. Construction companies are among the active sectors in any country. As the economy of the country increases the building construction is a major contributor to the construction sector. According to the Pareto analysis conducted it is important to note that there are three main parties involved in the construction sector which include; owner, contractor and the consultant (Abd El-Razek 2008).
This report aims at looking at the primary cause of construction delays the various construction projects in Egypt. The report aims to find out the professionals that are involved in the various construction projects in Egypt.
It was, therefore, important that the study utilized the experts to come up with the different cause. All these causes have different effects on the various projects in the construction industry in Egypt, but their common trait is that they delay the overall project. The delay, which these projects bring, cannot be weighed by using the various means for each and every project, but it needs that each project be looked into, individually.
The report in question also gathers that responses from other parties so as to collect a balanced array of perspectives from all the parties that are involved. The other parties, which are party to the construction project, are the owners, the consultants, and the agents (Abd El-Razek 2008).
