For the responses, I identified the candidate with the highest GMA and that with a slightly lower GMA and compared the two using the previous rankings and ratings from the interviewers and personality profiles. For this reason, I disagree with their rankings because of those reasons. Additionally, I disagree with the rankings because they suggest that Davis has the better chance succeeding as the manager than Martin. Davis has very low interpersonal skills, which is a drawback for an individual wishing to become a manager. Martin, on the other hand, has a high ability to handle stress, a medium ability to resolve conflict, higher interpersonal skills. For this reason, from my perspective, I think that Martin should have a higher GMA than Davis. In addition, the 119 score is very low for Martin.
Supplementary content and videos influenced my answers in various ways. First, they provided me with the rationale for gauging and defining my responses. From these supplementary content and videos, I developed an understanding of what the hiring process entails and the qualities of a good manager. One of the qualities that were of great significance to my responses was the ability to have great interpersonal skills. These interpersonal skills are the measures of the degree of interaction and adaption with other individuals within a setting.
Some of the interpersonal skills include the communication skills, assertiveness skills and anger management. For this reason, I realized that these skills encompassed almost all the components of the candidates’ rating, which influenced my answer in the sense that I thought that the most significant element on that list was interpersonal skills. These supplementary content and videos also increased my analysis capacity by giving me the opportunity to diversify my thinking and come with solutions concerning the situation.
These supplementary content and videos relate to the chapter in various ways. First, they have information on the hiring process. This information is important because it provides proper guidelines to the chapter and fosters understanding of the concepts in the chapter. Second, the supplementary content and videos have information on the qualities of a good manager. As such, this information is significant to the chapter because it provides additional and useful information on the same.

These supplementary content and videos have the specific examples that illustrate the concepts of the content in the book. The book lacks sufficient examples. As such, the supplementary material promotes more understanding of the concepts of the book than the book itself does.
