Leonard’s objective is to be the best advertising media agency in the country.
Be a place where you could challenge yourself every day, grow personally and professionally and have fun while being at work.
No matter how old Leonard grows, it will always have a heart of start-up.
Organization firmly believes in nurturing creativity, integrity, out-of-box thinking and commitment.
Organisation behavior & values:
Organization culture& values play an important role in Leonard’s organization behavior.
The organization has worked hard on creating distinctive and employee friendly culture that could bring about the best in each of its employees.
Leonard’s workplace is designed to foster & reinforce desired corporate values and ethics.
Though hierarchical in its functioning, the management team is trained to act as a team and treat each team member at par with each other.
Team motivation, integrity & unity are some of the key values of Leonard’s organization behavior.
Organization’s best practices towards workforce diversity:
Leonard has always believed in managing its workforce diversity without any prejudice and has taken extra steps to ensure that all are treated the same under the same roof.
The cafeteria and the workplace layout have been designed to ensure a comfortable and independent environment. There are no cubicles or cabins and the entire floor has been designed to maximize employee interactions.
