Introduction
There are typical and unique processes those teams have to endure through in order to become effective units of working.
However, my team’s journey in this regard was little bumpier than usual because the people were trying to gain political control, and therefore, I was facing challenges with reference to add convergence of effort when everything was falling apart because of divergence in the energies of the members.
Team Processes
One of my colleagues arranged camera in order shoot video then, he edited the visuals in order to make them presentable in classroom while everyone worked on collection of data and compiling of the final report collectively.
The effective leaders have the power to integrate informality in team workers so that they can have enhanced professional capability. I used softer psychological controls in order to transform a bunch of disjointed individuals into team of highest possible quality.

I was able to raffle down conflict when the people could really relate personally to the jobs those they have to perform while working in the group. The element of friction reduced considerably. Successful operations were to be evident through individuals accepting their roles and ensuring commitment to the meetings held. The most important meetings were held on January 12th, 21st, 26th, 23rd, and 28th. On 12th January, the team managed to brainstorm together pertaining to the ideas and approaches towards a successful accomplishment of the tasks at hand. Secondly, on 21st the team managed to undertake numerous activities such as how video would be shot, comparing the diverse ideas and unifying the talent experiences for successful outcomes. . My friend Delilah Yussuf was assigned as the director of the moviemaking, and Reuben Elias assisted him in this regard and everyone else was busy in developing the final report. s

I have to act as counselor, technical problem-solver and even conflict manager in order to move operations along. Constant supportive behavior and guidance played a significant role in order to enhance effectiveness of the teamwork.

Through the experience of abovementioned intensity, I came to realize that I have to brush up on psychology because I am dealing with humans most of the time, and therefore, I have to understand their way of thinking.
Secondly, I have to educate myself about political theory in organizational context because this step will permit me to secure support of the top management and that will in turn give me choice of procuring needed resources to carry on with the efficient team effort.
Additionally, I will use my knowledge about the practice of emotional intelligence so that I can divert cardinal states of others towards positive developments in life.
The team leadership skill is a necessary talent that will help the person in terms of excelling in the organization
