Some of these tools include demonstrating personal qualities, managing services, working with others, improving services and setting directions. Decision-making is a product of leadership, and the buck lies with the leaders of the kind of decisions made. Leaders while making decision must always ensure they consider the emotional intelligence where thinking and behavior help to monitor the emotions of others (Salovey and David, 2004).

Managing time effectively
Every organization works on demands of order. Order in this sense provides means through which an organization is deemed to be at its procedural set up. Concerning the use of time, the outcome of this question is that, using time efficiently will influence decision-making since every stakeholder will be ready to perform well when called to duty. According to Whetten and Cameron (2002), the motivation of leadership assessment is the order provided be effectiveness in use of time. Using the time effectively influences high production in many departments because they will not experience delays and mishaps. This tool is an essential asset in determining how people go about in making decisions that affect those led directly or indirectly. Some of these tools include decision-making environment, potential solutions, decisions, and communication and implementation. Trusting inner feelings and reactions

On the assessment where states that when I make a decision, I trust my inner feelings and reactions, the reflection of this is that one makes the decision out of the actual sense. The impact done to the individuals on the receiving end is that their anticipations concerning the effects of the decision is fair. A leader who makes a decision following his inner feelings and reactions is an exemplary leader as long as the feelings are not out of personal judgments and inclination as Monahan (2000) explains.

Conclusion

A leader is a decision maker. Any person who chooses to be a leader has to conform to emotional intelligence that it is a driving force in monitoring the feeling and emotions of others. As a leader, one is ready to overcome all the biases that erupt from influencing managerial people. A leader, therefore, to become more efficient in making decisions, should seek to understand the impact of the decisions and their effect on various parties.
