Introduction
The LOWB family has always been interested in competing in attaining and recruiting members and volunteers to join them. Their main concept has always been built on coming up with concepts, which are applicable in luring members to participate or join. This is just to inform the academic fraternity that they should look into such issues andbe more cautious in order to recruit highly qualified practitioners. In addition, they should enforce certain policies and ensure the policies are followed without compromise.
Facilities
It is an initiative of the Family Center to rent out a section of the local businesses with an aim of creating a liable and continuous revenue stream. The establishment plans to use the income from the social quarters that has a capacity of 100 people, the large hall that has a capacity of 250 people, and the small hall that hold only 85 people to renovate all its facilities. Overly, the current rent rates of the available facilities range from $200 - $350 for the large hall, while the small hall has its prices ranging from $50 - $100. The rental fees are waived when the LOWD bar is being used. Apparently, the rental demand have increased due to special events.
The facilities being used are dilapidated and outdated whereby the family events cannot be catered for easily. The establishment does not have enough money, which can be used in advertising on the commercial avenues. In this case, the establishment deals with low cost advertisements and free promotion. They should ensure that individuals all the people concerned with giving out positions to so after they have inquired from the fraternity. This will ensure that the qualified and the right people are the ones who get into these positions.
The fraternity should also look at ways in which they can change their names that have already been tarnished by fraudulent individuals. There are individuals who would just like to see that they have a doctorate name in their docket. Many of these people have even gone to the extent of buying the credits so long as they can be referred to as doctors or honorable.
The academicians can only redeem themselves if they decide to look into the mater of genuine scholars and the fraudsters are fished out. It will make the people gain trust in the things they do. This memo is also to inform the fraternities to look into the people claiming to have gotten their credits genuinely then merit them accordingly instead of having them go around using names that they do not deserve. In this case, some of the high profiled people should be made to go through their dissertations and papers in order to be sure that the right candidates are given their rightful position.
Conclusion
The LOWB Family Centre has a capacity to cater for the entire community. Even with the prevailing economic recession and the rising competition from the mushrooming nonprofit making institutions offering similar services, the establishment has already taken out the Knights of Columbus. If the people in charge should have looked at the credibility of her academic papers, she would not have been there. They have noticed that she never deserved to any credit as an academician. She had cheated her way to the top and people had thought that her academic qualifications were genuine. However, the fraternity should be vigilant on these issues. That is why it is right to say that she was not misjudged and the punishment she got was well deserved. The fraternity should get the credit for not supporting her actions as she had deceived many people.
