The marketing map has 22 nodes. The suppliers for maximum hydration body lotion distributors will encompass boutiques, beauty companies, and body lotion companies. These three companies are in direct contact with the beauty product intended to be distributed. The suppliers will be elemental to the existence and the operations of the business. The customers will include all gender and ages, including the men, women, the youth, and children. Nevertheless, the target consumers for the business will comprise mostly of the youth and adults. Advertising will also be an elemental aspect of the business operations. It will encompass various elements such as the commercials, publicity, personal selling, and public relations. These forms of advertising will also an avenue to promote the business, its products, its services, and its operations. The budget for the business is £250.000.
Since the business will be a distributor, various channels will be employed to ensure success during the distribution. These distribution channels will be in close relation to the packaging of the products. The channels of distribution will include the producers to customers, producers to retailers to customers, producers to wholesalers to retailers to customers, and producers to agents to wholesalers to retailers to customers. Competition will be inevitable in the business. Competitors could be other beauty producing, selling, and distributing companies. Nevertheless, to ensure that the business gains competitive advantage, co-evolution, competitiveness, the network theory, and the market analysis will be elemental (Williamson, 2009). These aspects will facilitate the designing of concurrent experiments in the core sectors of the business, and assist in the creation of additional and high quality links to the markets to increase the business resilience against competition and change. Lastly, there will be various constraints in the business in both its micro and macro environments. They include the standing plans, constraints by personnel skills, legal regulations and political considerations, the purchasing public, competitors’ actions, labor unions, and economic constraints.
