In this regard, I believe I am highly qualified to hold a position in this capacity because, aside from having completed an education and training in medical billing and coding, I have great organization skills that would enable me to perform the tasks efficiently, correctly, and accurately.
The medical billing and coding job involves working with various types of information where accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are important. In this regard, I believe that my organization skills would enable me to efficiently handle all of the information that I am given in my everyday tasks. I am very systematic in my work, which allows me to maximize the use of time. I am also very diligent. I make sure that I stay focused on the task at hand and that I avoid any distractions, which can cause me to make mistakes. I also make sure that my work is of high quality, as this prevents errors from being made. These in turn ensure that everything is done properly and on time. Because of my excellent organization skills, all of the patient information will be properly managed and stored so that they can easily be accessed when needed. This ensures that patients get the healthcare services that they need on time. This will also improve my response time when doctors or healthcare facilities request for patient information. In turn, this enhances my and my organization’s relationship with these doctors and healthcare facilities.

Conclusion

I am confident that I can be a great asset to an organization that would hire me as a medical billing and coding personnel. Not only do I have adequate training for performing the tasks that this job entails; I also have many skills that make me fit for this job. Among these are my organizational skills, which enable me to get the work done accurately, efficiently, and on time. These skills enable me to help the healthcare professionals get the information that they need and the patients to get the healthcare services that they need with no delays.
