Conclusion
Looking at these diseases and their respective risk factors, I believe I have the highest likelihood of getting cardiovascular disease due to my admittedly poor diet and lack of exercise. The second most likely would be colorectal cancer, due to some of the men in my family getting it, and my current diet. Third, prostate cancer might be next, chiefly due to the higher possibility of getting it when you reach middle age. Next would likely be generalized cancer, due to the risk of my diet, which could use improvement. Since I do not smoke, nor do I spend time with those who do, I am least likely to get lung cancer. As for my cardiovascular disease, I know that I am fairly concerned about getting it at some point in time, as I sincerely need to adjust my diet and exercise habits. It is something that I have been meaning to do for some time, and I know that it would help to address those problems sooner rather than later to reduce my risk.
