Anxiety disorder not only dreads personal life but affects the healthy aura around. Extreme fear and hyped worry hovers high when a person is struck by Anxiety disorder. Anxiety could engulf any being and could leave him or her shattered and battered. Anxiety beckons a person to fret over trivial matters. Bouts of Fear leave no signs of shine and deprive the very essence life. Anxiety disorder meddles between past and future and let loose the control of present. It disrupts and disturbs the whole circle of life. From nowhere fear seeps in and delves deep in soul. It blurs the vision with bleakness and soaks the belief of being. It permeates the numbness all over and shakes the life within.
Anxiety disorder ensues many anxieties enveloped in. Anxious eyes see unseen fear looming large, anxious mind imagines fearful thoughts, anxious ears hear unheard shrill, anxious heart feel sudden rush of blood and thumps it faster. Fear laced with anxiety worsens any normal situation and adds on more complexities. It becomes sometimes inexplicable to express pain of Paranoia which pokes in again and again, insecurities secure the space forever, and worry becomes the only visage. It entangles the relationships and ruins the bonds, it induces flawed notions about family and friends, and it encourages suicidal tendencies and makes one vulnerable to fall prey to Anxiety Disorder. It certainly drains off energy and sucks all the positivity and motivation to live a normal and happy life. Causes could be many, reasons may be multitude but cure is none except the one within.
How someone needs time to be alone to know what they want because they are confused and hurt
There are times when a person ceases to be social animal and prefers to be all alone. It is the time when the self-actualisation reaches on the verge of extinction. It is the time when a person’s emotional strength brims and spills over. It the time when something pushes you to the wall and drives you crazy by humiliating and hurtful gestures. It the time when the impulse of being in one’s own company is inevitable, the desire to rehash every wrong thing and bouncing back with fervour.
The fear of getting hurt time and again, often leads one to take the tough decision of being alone. The irreparable hurts often trigger such impulses to build walls around and choose to be alone. Pain inflicted by near and dear ones also mount the pressure of being alone. Someone also chooses to stay alone to vipe out the confusions created by misunderstanding.
How someone needs love
Love is a beautiful emotion to overcome all the hurts and can insulate further hurts but pain stricken people find it difficult to go with the tide of love. Sometimes it is because of the bad past relationships. Such experiences could hamper the essence of being loved and being in love.
The sense of insecurity subdues the importance of love, and hence deprives of a rejuvenating relationship as love nurtures the soul and acts as panacea for all the hurtful instances. As it is said, love is a stress buster and relieves mind and soul. Everyone has an innate desire to get loved as it makes a person less vulnerable by infusing optimism.
Some stress laden people are often reluctant to accept this powerful emotion because they fret over by their past relationships. They feel they might get trapped in a vicious cycle of hurts. As all through the life anxiety follows them and scares their over indulgences.
