My Experience Essays Example

The down street comedy show last weekend was one of the most eventful shows I have ever seen. From outside, one could see already bright faces as people moved hastily to be in the theatre on time. The security men worked with absolute coordination and professionalism to ensure that all the fans were seated by eight o’clock. Inside the theatre, the light was deem with neon lights rotating and illuminating different sections differently. The color mix in the light created a relaxing environment that was serene that one felt calm. The seats were well arranged, and everyone inclined and waited as the DJs played background music. Everything smelt fresh.
The comedians hit their jokes and made everyone happy. I was excited throughout as the gorgeous and smartly dressed comedians articulated their jokes one after the other. I sympathized with those who did not get a positive feedback regardless of their handwork. Some sadistic people in the crowd would shout them down. They were disappointed and seemed very embarrassed. I wondered how I could respond to such a situation. I thought that was very evil and a dumb thing to do to anyone. Perhaps they were envious of the comedian whose stars were shining. It was an indication that not everything goes as planned. One has to expect any outcome.
However, some of the comedians received a standing ovation. I was encouraged since they showed a lot of passion in what they were doing. The show was a memorable one. I enjoyed everything except for the few nasty experiences of the comedians. I learned a lot and went home satisfied that the show was successful.
