The most integral purpose of this website is to inform the public about the Uniform Law Commission. This website belong to the Uniform Law Commission (National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws) which is a non-profitable organization with volunteers commissioners whose sole purpose is to work on the uniformity of laws from different State. The mandate of the commissioners is to research, draft or design and promotes actively the enactment uniforms law in their area of jurisdiction. Additionally, the website inform and up-date law practitioners i.e. lawyer, legislators, judges and law professionals and lecturers on the current legal issues and which laws are uniforms in all state and which are about to reach uniformity(ULC, 2015). Moreover, the website is used to inform the general public about the activities of the commission such as dates of the meeting, conferences and seminars. The commission uses the website to communicate to the public about latest laws which have been uniformed or been debated by the commissioners and their details. The commission also uses the website to announce important appointment of commissions and other important figures in the organization. The website provides contacts of the commission where the public can get in touch with the commission concerning legal issues or questions they have concerning various legislatures (ULC, 2015).
Article 2 is concern with legislatures and legal framework which touch on the sales and leases of personal property. The article depicts the legal aspect of these business transactions both in e-commerce and normal tractions where the party concerns are physical present. The articles explain the circumstances that can lead to change of ownership i.e. when a good moves from a seller to buyer’s possession and the rights of each party in the transaction (ULC, 2003). Additionally, the article shed light on the circumstances which can lead to termination and breaching of the contract.
