Values, Principles, Ethics, and Goals
I value so much being an open minded individual because I see that other people may have their opinions that may be of help to me. Listening to other persons is Good since by being open minded one can be able to learn from them new things or even improve on what they already know. It is Important for one not jump into conclusion when other people are sharing their opinion. This is more so because one may think that he is being disqualified while the other person may be helping you to make your opinion clearer (Beauchamp,2001). From other people, one can learn about existing opportunities that he/she never knew exist. The major challenge of being open minded is at time people may tend to differ in opinion hence they may end up urging. It can be solved by giving other people chance to express their views.
Understanding
I value so much being a person who understands other people because I do not wish to be misunderstood by other persons. Understanding other people is critical because it help one interact well with other persons. It makes one to fit in the society without conflicting with other persons. Through being socially friendly, one can get a job since the interviewers can see that the individual can interact well with other workers (Dhiman, 2011). The challenge one can face is that people may take you for granted, but it can be solved by one doing what his moral tells him is right and not pretending to be okay.
Persistence
I value so much on being persistence on everything I do as it helps me accomplish tasks that at time I have doubted my ability. It is crucial for one to be persistence in what he does no matter the challenges that he/ she may face (Covey, 2008). Being persistence is a clear indication that one a person is hardworking and that what job interviewers look for in a person. There are many challenges such as discouragement, but one can deal with them by having the courage to move on despite the challenges.
