The purpose of the writer is to highlight how Equal Protection Clause in Fourteenth Amendment has been applied and implemented in different States or argued in the court of law. The structure of the paper brings out the theme through examples of different court cases which have challenged or defended the jurisdiction of the clause. Additionally, the writer has explained how the clause has been applied in different State and how the clause is related to civil right in the Thirteen Amendment.

The Writer captures the reader attention by in-depth definition of the clause, its applicability and the scenarios which give birth to the clause. The introduction manage to bring out the theme clearly hence setting the readers mind on the mood of the paper. Additionally, the introduction has named the Supreme Court cases which have touch on the Equal Protection Clause to show the significance of the theme and the paper in general.

The writer could utilize definitions, perceptions and opinion of different scholars to show the validity and clarity of the main points. Additionally, the incorporation of different scholars’ opinion could add value to the ideas and arguments of this paper.

The flow of the paper is excellent and the grammar of the paper is correct. The sentences are short and are structured clearly. The vocabulary used fit the theme of the paper. There is a clear transition from one paragraph to another. However, on the last paragraph, the first sentence is not clear. There are words which are missing, “The case Brown v. Board of Education (1954) is recognized as one Supreme Court of the greatest decisions of the 20th century”. The sentence can be changed to; “The case Brown v. Board of Education (1954) is recognized as one of the Supreme Court greatest decisions in 20th century”

The writer has not been able to use in-body citation. However, the writer has incorporated references to support and give additional information to the paper.
9. What is the strongest part of the paper? Why is it good?
The strongest part of the paper is the introduction. The introduction has summarized the whole paper and setting the mood of the paper from the start. The introduction has also manage to draw the attention of the audience to some f the references used in the paper.

The paper can be improved through in-body citation. This will inform the audience which reference was used in the certain paragraph or sentences. Additionally, the paper could be better with a conclusion paragraph. This will show the stand and the perception of the writer on the theme of the paper.
