Recommendations and Implementation: Quilts for Kids is a Not for Profit Organization, which is trying to train the Children regarding Sewing and other small things to train them for the odd jobs. Quilts for Kids (QFK) have a definite mission in their mind which is to overcome on the illness, crisis and poverty of the Canadian region. It is recommended to this Non Governmental Organization (NGO) to initiate an awareness camp for the individuals as well as for the Government officials from QFK can furnish their intentions in front of them. Apprise the government regarding their NGO and the core services wishes to provide by the NGO to their customers will certainly make the mind of the Government and other rich individuals donating to the company.

Short Term (3 Months)

Managing the entire workability of the NGO and allocate the work to the individuals according to their education, experience and interest

Structure the Hiring process of the company and manages the initial operations pertinently

Distribute and structure the employees of the company into different teams and groups who can manage the operations of the company accordingly

Medium Term (6 Months)

Accumulate the initial funds that are required by the company to maintain their effectiveness in the market
Arrange understanding and descriptive programs regarding Quilt for Kids in front of different individuals of Canada
Get the employees participated in the decision making stance of the company
Long Term (1+ Year)

Designed the employees to give their hundred percent efforts for the productivity of the company

Enhance the effectiveness of the Training and Development of the employees with a positive mindset
New Methods of advertising the NGO should be implemented through which the level of donation can be increased substantially
Control & Feedback
The company should use Surveys in order to get on the attitude of the employees of the company in order to have a successful outcome regarding the NGO in the future.

Contingency Plan

It is very important for the company to apprise their every employee that every decision within the premises would have been initiated and take with the help of immense care and appreciation. The employees of the company should be given the high amount of confidence that every decision of the management would be monitored critically and will be transformed in the best possible course of action.

Quilts for Kids

Introduction
There are two types of organization, profit organization and not for profit organizations. Not for profit organizations are usually termed as NGOs and they usually support volunteer and social works. Quilt for Kids (QFK) is a startup organization opened in Philadelphia, the United States (US). Though, QFK has its headquartering located in the USA, but the company is very interested to overcome in the business and economics based issues of the Canadian region. QFK is willing to provide professional training to the individuals from which they can do some work that can help them in their rainy days. It is important for the Canadian economy to bring their poor people into some effective and middle class category. Canadian nation is known as one of the wealthiest nations of the world and in order to remain in the possession, the country has to decrease the poverty rate (Vicki & Jody, 2015).

Recommendation and Implementation

There are two important points that needs to be considered by QFK in order to apprehend a positive start of the NGO which are making of strategy to accumulate funds, and motivate their employees regarding their work.
Firstly, after establishing the setup, the next big thing which is important for QFK is to increase the potential and motivation level of their employees to become devoted and dedicated. QFK is recommended to increase the level of communication among their employees, and upper management should intervene in the management of their employees. Initiating Management by Objective (MBO) approach would be essential for the company, in which the employees of the company are more than welcome to discuss something potentially related to the Company.
Secondly, the company has to increase the level of donation towards their operations. Let the company furnish their intentions regarding reducing the rate of poverty and other problems of Canada in front of the management to maintain their effectiveness in the market.
Short Term (3 Months)
The company is recommended to maintain a powerful and effective team of professionals from which they can communicate easily. Make the employees understandable and monitory each of their activities to direct and improve their performance instead of criticizing them.
Medium Term (6 Months)
The upper management of the company should play their part to make such a platform from which the company can furnish their intentions in front of their different shareholders to accumulate funds to the company for their long run productivity.
Long term (1+ Year)
The employees will be given extensive and powerful training related to their work and will monitor them as far as giving their efforts which will help out to overcome on the problems accordingly.
