Executive Summary
The freshmen are performing well on the academic lines of their educational careers, but this study will measure the variables those are contributing towards the overall effectiveness of the freshman as a student. The students who have a poor academic careers in high school want to make up for their mistakes in the first year of college while, the successful students want to keep up with their success in years to come, and therefore, the aggregate level of educational performance enhances, and with the passage of time, people experience boredom from education, and the internal energy declines.
The half of the respondents included in the sample containing 30 students has Math Score between 507.5 and 622.5 while same amount of pupils have Reading Score between 530 and 615 and ultimately, the Writing scores of the concerned number of students lie between 530 and 700. The target sample of the study has respondents who are enjoying higher degree of educational performance, and motivational figures are higher as well.
Introduction

The human race has a generalized weakness for newness and innovativeness, and therefore, the freshman has an intrinsic motivational energy that leads them to have efficient academic careers. The students who have a poor academic careers in high school want to make up for their mistakes in the first year of college while, the successful students want to keep up with their success in years to come, and therefore, the aggregate level of educational performance enhances, and with the passage of time, people experience boredom from education, and the internal energy declines. The element of professional engagement will represent a new avenue to explore during late years at college. However, the students have to uplift their living standards through wealth creation, and the accumulation of money is a driving cause behind human behavior in the superficial modern era of the 21st century, and every aspect of life creates financial strains on one’s life, and the freshman converts into a professional of partial nature, and some of them join part time workforce in order to have their first taste of financial freedom, and when the students develop an urge to have freedom from familial pressures and restraints. One can argue on the basis of above discussion that the performance of seniors at the college declines as they initiate to explore other areas of life while attending to their educational routine.
The construct of student motivation is a concept that measures one’s ability to exert his or her mental and physical energies in order to excel in the field of Mathematics. The target discipline of this paragraph is a challenging one, and therefore, the students have to develop their focal powers, and at the same time, they cannot lose their hearts when academic going gets tough. On the other hand, the element of innovativeness that the education at college holds for the innocent and charmed eyes of a freshman plays a significant role in terms of making the sophisticated arithmetic education as child’s play, and the relaxed mind has an imperative ability to act as a sponge that can internalize the liquid of knowledge within itself.
The student needs a different kind of motivation in order to develop as a success in the class of reading, and therefore, the pupil has to learn to appreciate art and love. The field of Mathematics is mind’s game and reading belongs to one’s heart and soul those have to feel the deep messages embedded in the books.
The students have to balance the inspirational energy that they acquire in the class of reading over their educational career at college with their creative juices those will allow them to create some out of the world pieces, and therefore, they have to express their thoughts, beliefs and emotions on paper, and during the process, they have to develop a logical and concise arguments in order to provide philosophical entertainment to the readers.

Discussion and Conclusion

In this way, one can imagine that freshmen are enjoying their first year at college because they have a renewed opportunity to prove their academic worth at their disposal, and they are adamant to make the most of it as well. The target sample of the study has respondents who are enjoying higher degree of educational performance, and motivational figures are higher as well. Half of the sample is having Average GPA between 2.8 and 3.6 while, they have High School GPA between 3.07 and 3.55. Finally, 50% of the respondents have motivational level between 63.37 and 80.
This paper has a design to highlight factors those are letting the freshmen to excel on educational grounds, and the basic argument about students’ ability to find happiness in education as it offers them to explore different subjects during first year at college, but seniors develop other priorities, and drift away from educational careers as a result.
