There should also be a source that states the relationship of updated education systems and educational achievement of students. Statement of Need

This section provides a good standing point on the relevance of the project. It included the competitiveness of teachers which is part of the proposed strategy on updating the educational system of the region.

Project Description

There should be a clear definition of the word “latest”. It is more appropriate to indicate contemporary global standards to the statement of having latest or updated educational materials and methods. The section should combine the books and computers as educational materials rather than specify them separately as to have a primary objective and that training of teachers as a secondary objective.
The timetable is not complete because the proposal includes the analysis of the achievement attained of the project. Assessment of the educational achievement of the students should also be given time. Although it is included that there should be checks on the progress of the study, after the implementation, there should be ample time to assess the results of the project.

This section provides a relevant process for the completion of the project.
Conclusion
The claims on the proposal should have sources so that it could be justified. The timetable should be updated to include the assessment part of the project. It is important to update the educational system, but it is also important to analyze the result of the project.
