Why are great individuals deminishing in the society?

Many people posses’ great talents when it comes to handling a different workload in different environment. As a society, we should be able to recognize the talented individuals and put their talents to great use. This will ensure that each project to be carried on is done great skilled individual with the great knowhow on what is to be done in each and every situation. Living in a world full of challenges is what moulds individuals to what they dream of being in the future. Talented individuals full of ambition and self driven individuals is what our society hold. We all live according to the environment we grow in. we should live in a community where helping each other and those surrounding you is the policy.
Based on our societal concept of living, we should always make sure that individuals with great talent are grown and motivated towards achieving their goals and growing their talent to helps the community in solving various difficulties. “Great individuals” is what our modern society needs to make “great leaders”. This is because these individuals always posses in them special skills which contribute to better leaders who are able to give 100 percent contribution and participation towards what they believe in. “End of great man “by Bennis W, explain the concept which is very effective in making great leaders out of talented individuals. It’s my expectation that a leader should poses great talent related to the field he/she is in.
According to by Bennis W, it is the sole responsibility of the society to make sure those individuals with is molded from an early stage of their life so that they make great leaders. This will always help the individual realize how their “special talent” can help the society and also help them develop great leadership skills. On the other hand, the other individuals in the societies should not be neglected because some of them do not realize their talent at an early stage in life but after a while they establish what they are good at. These individuals should be motivated and encouraged towards realizing their talent.
Steve Jobs, the CEO and fellow benefactor of Apple is an exceedingly imperious or 'CEO-driven' pioneer. Instead of working nearby his associates and subordinates, Jobs decide to lead his group from the front, leading the improvement and continually reestablished results of the organization. This has much taught me that you must go out to the world as an individual to put you “special talent” and skills to practice without any fear of failure.
