Cleaner production as a concept refers to the notion where the designers or the producers apply a continuous streak of pure plans and strategies for the environment. These plans are aimed at improved the whole efficacy and efficiency of the services and products while at the same time reducing and limiting the threats that may accrue to the human beings or the environment at large. It is important to note and mention that cleaner production is a concept or notion that requires apt and astute endeavors coupled with the best strategies. These strategies ought to be aimed at reducing the threats and risks to the general ecological set up (Guenther & Vittori, 2008). It includes, recycling and conserving raw materials, energy and water, limiting the extent of toxic or dangerous raw materials while at the same time lowering the extent of poison or toxic emissions to the natural environment.
It is important to note and mention that in the concept of clean production, the underlying aim and principle thought or argument is that the products produced would be environmental friendly. Subsequently, the safety levels and prospects of the production project in the immediate and future times ought to be unrivaled. Safety starts at the extraction point of the raw materials, and it then carried forward to later stages of the production process (Morgan, Zamora & Hindmarsh, 2007). Thus, the basic truth is that the products or the raw materials that would be used for production must have been extracted safely and soundly with little or no side effects on the environment during the extraction process. It may happen during building of a community health center such as a hospital especially because the workforce would be local. The best production patterns in terms of resource stewardship such as clean production ought to be emulated.
