My ideal day design is that I would rise up at around 8 am, stress-free, alert and focused as I wake up with a smiling face and appreciation within my heart. My little boy, Fidel, would be asleep besides me, kissing him gently as I join my break of day meditation. This would be one of the best and exciting moments of my life. This is due to the fact that I would imagine the positive influences that I would be impacting to my family and wonderful moments that I would spend with my good-looking family. I feel that anything ever thought of in the world would come to pass in this day and that life would get better and better. I appreciate that God has provided me with such a chance, a wonderful family, guidance and direction and lastly knowledge and experience I have gone through. After this lengthy meditation, I am into my yummy smoothie as I initiate to interpretation of my self-enhancement material. After this my family wakes up and we start with a word of prayer and then cook the breakfast as a team, chat, make jokes and laugh. What follows is a morning walk out with my family.
Following my ideal initiation of the day, I would move on into my usual business. This means I would settle down in my office and interact with my clients and my top officials within my team on business matters. I am always optimistic as my mind is full of sociable and positive notions about our organization success and also individual successes. I would feel free and cheerful all day long and also would offer thanks to the almighty God for being the giver for me and my family.
Therefore my ideal day activities will involve Reflection and Prayer, Exercise, Family time. Great Food, Cheerful interaction and conversation, Encouraging, assisting and motivating my clients and members of my team. Additionally, it also entails giving and assisting those who are not well off both socially and financially.
Focusing on my health and energy would be one of the best aspect that anyone on earth would desire to have. I wake up very fast from my dead asleep situation having a feeling of cheerfulness, refreshed and active. I have a feeling of calmness, motivated and focused. My body is at the top of physical condition. Action at this point would be having about 50% of my diet to be organic fruits and vegetables while the remaining portion is meet and legumes. Consumption of sugar and high level of calories food would be minimized.
On the other hand my emotional state is that of cheerfulness and love. I feel alert, joyful, happy and a lot of satisfaction in all that I do. Moreover, I am very happy and excited of what the future holds for me. What makes me create this emotional state include such actions as meditation, prayers and appreciation of everything in my life. My relationship with both my family and other members of the society is characterized by lots of love and fun. Actions at this point would be informing individuals who are close to me how much I love and treasure them.
My business is structured in such a manner that it gives me hope and offers support of those individuals who have been de-motivated about life. Our mission as a business would be to educate and to create awareness to our clients on the best techniques to make extra cash. My love for people would be fulfilled based on our mission since we would be able to educate people on how to become free. Actions and steps at this point would be creating links with like-minded individuals.
I would also be financially independent and free from any kind of debt. I would be free to do anything at any time and achieving my desired lifestyle. I would also ensure that I contribute positively to each and every person including myself, my family, my friends, my team members, my clients, the society around me and the environment at large. Actions involved here would be investing and saving. I would contribute to all these in any form according to my ability. This will include spiritually, emotionally and financially. I would struggle to mentor youths within the society to assist them develop and survive a valid life and identity their own career choice and the way they want to influence the world. Therefore some of the actions that I would be associated with include volunteering; mentoring individuals, reach out programs.
Based on the positive psychology model, this activity very vital because helps us anticipate a vision of good life which is empirically valid, logical and attractive. It helps demonstrate to the world on which actions direct one to well-being, to positive persons or societies. Additionally it helps us appreciate social strength that can eradicate any king of tragedy.
