Sample Essay On Results Of Consumer Survey
RESULTS OF SURVEY Author 2
Results of Survey
After analyzing the results of the survey, it appears that most of the guests that visited the establishment did so primarily because they lived in the area. That is necessarily a bad thing, as the business looked appealing enough for people to warrant several glances and then take a risk to stop in. Therefore, it seemed interesting enough. Also, people were intrigued by the facility due to educational or school opportunity. Those two components combined, which the school/education factor ranked slightly higher, actually means the guests being drawn in are the ones that can be branded into loyal customers. That is the type of regular customer base any business endeavors to attract.
When reviewing the rating for the product or service offered, it is quite impressive. When conducting a survey, many participants will never rank a service exceptionally high or exceptionally low unless they had an experience that warranted such a review. Most people would never cast their opinion in those directions unless they had a very spectacular time or were enthralled by the product or were completely disappointed with the product or had a horrendous service experience. It is anticipated most individuals would be in the middle of the road with a touch of criticism. Therefore, the fact that nearly 80 percent of individuals surveyed voted positively in nearly every category is an outstanding result. For that many of the population to feel that confident with the services or product provided is a major boon. The next thing to concentrate on then would appear to be fine tweaking the product and service so even more individuals would vote for excellent rather than good. The majority of surveys do not enjoy these types of results, so this is a large step in the right direction. It means there is still work to do, as always, but not anywhere near as much as there could be.
