Introduction

The airplanes have the tendency to impact the natural habitat of the planet as they leave harmful components in air. They produce noise pollution along with chemical one in the air as well. The particles and gases emitting from the planes cause global warming and climatic changes in the entire world. The usage of alternative energy sources in developed parts of the world dropped down the carbon emissions from transports those dwell on the streets. However, the social and economic trend of globalization played a significant role in terms of growing international traveling through the globalized community, and therefore, airlines are facing growing demand of their services in all parts of the world. The developing nations are utilizing the airline services more often because the individuals are going to visit other countries for the purpose of touring and employment as well. In this way, the effect of environmental philosophy in the field of traditional transportation is failing to make any difference in this regard because the contribution is canceling away.
The growth of commercial avionics is significantly increasing the pollution in air. The machinery applied in the airlines does not have a lighter design, and therefore, they need heavy fuels in order to operate both effectively and efficiently. In the light of previous discussion, application of alternative means of energy does not have any viable value regarding decreasing environmental stress on the planet’s atmosphere because the avionics industry is producing incremental level of pollution that renders the affects of alternative energy sources ineffective with reference to the need of improving environmental quality. In the Europe, the emissions of harmful nature increased by 87% during the years from 1990 to 2006. The opposition is working to support the taxation regime in order to increase the costs of operations.
The most avionic equipment is producing carbon dioxide in considerable amounts, and therefore, the planes are participating in the aggravation of the issue of global warming to say the least. With the passage of time, the environmentalists’ regimes are emphasizing that the scientific engineering in the area of commercial flying either has to drive down the atmospherical costs by integrating alternative sources of energy in the field or advance the land transportation that can grow within its ability to reach international destinations. Approximately, more than 8.3 million souls use services of airlines on a daily basis, and with the passage of time, the demand is growing as the individuals requiring traveling globally are increasing in number as well. The total travelers grew double in amount as compared to the relevant figure in 1999.
The greenhouse gaseous emissions are growing with relation to their intensity because the airlines are using ground vehicles in order to transport the customers and staff as well. On the other hand, the airlines are having dually designed affect on the environmental quality of the planet as well. However, the actively flying aircraft emits carbon dioxide in midair, and the nature of corruptive forces those exerted on the atmosphere by single plane are equivalent to those of contributed by hundreds of vehicles operating on the ground. In addition, the management of airlines does not feel the need to apply green practices because they do not have a notable need to market themselves in the eyes of the customers who have to travel with them due to compulsion rather than by choice. The students of strategy in business argue that the companies treat environmental sensitivity as a means of promotion, and the customers want to do business with those companies who have an engagement in the numerous projects of saving the planetary quality of sustaining human life. The consumer and electronic products face empowered customers who according to Michael Porter have significant political power in the market because they have substantial substitutes present at their disposal, but they do not have that kind of freedom in the case of avionics industry.
The investment barriers are the highest in the airline industry because one needs to input a lot of financial power in order to develop the system in the featured industry. The urge to make increasing amounts of money is dominating the mindset of the business. The ethical side of the business has suffered a great deal in the recent years because the industrialists do not find civic values profitable and the major objective of the business is to find new and novel ways of wealth creation. The businesses of the upcoming worldly order have to treat socialistic and ethical costs of their operations as the integral part of their strategies.
The humanistic side of the businesses is not growing as a leading philosophical ground of the corporate world, but the companies have to integrate humanism as a defining attribute of the organizational culture, and the airlines are not willing to give value to socialistic concerns those may destroy the profitability to a limited extent. The managers and heading industrialists have to change their mindsets in order to modify the strategic outlook of the commercial entities those operate under their control. Furthermore, the degree of overall impact of avionics on environmental quality is summing to the figure of 4.9% in 2009, and therefore, the contribution of the industry has a bounding with the incremental influence over the planet’s ability to support life.
The Japanese have designed and came up with the idea of electronic transportation did not create any environmental stresses of significant stature. The production of heat is a byproduct that one has to bear along with the usage of electric power as a major source of energy provision, and with the passage of time, the companies have to learn to rely on ethical principles as a set of guidelines because prolongation of human life is the foremost reason that should induce all of the nations to emerge as a single economic and fiscal unit. The size of passenger planes have to be redesigned so that seating capacity can receive a helping hand in this regard. Additionally, the world has to educate itself about the applicatory value of freelancing and telecommuting as the means of reducing traveling over the world to say the least. The individuals have to build an ethical case for traveling by air because they have to understand the fact that their actions can create strains on the environmental setup of the planet, and therefore, they have to decide on the lines of thinking that whether or not their purpose of travel is worth disturbing the cosmological setup of the world. The airline industry is operating because we want it to do so by demanding their services.
The customers can create a market, and they can destroy chit as well via lowering the psychological needs motivating them towards the usage. The airlines are behaving like tigers because they are fearlessly seeing a consistent trend of growth in the demand of their services well into the future.
The airliners are following the ways of Pharaoh who was under the influence of power, and therefore, he considered his followers as servants, and therefore, he was condemned by the nature. The airlines will start investing in their technology after the customer will initiate to demand environmentally conducive practices on the behalf of the management. The humans have to relearn the lesson of humanity. In reference to integrative need of humanistic values in the organizational cultures, and the companies have to redevelop themselves as units those can have the tendency of trailing social causes more than anything. Money is not an end in itself, but it represents the opportunity of achieving great eventualities in life.
The companies have to develop methods to use alternative energies as powering resources for aircrafts otherwise the trains will lead the future, and the companies will have to take the social regime of globalization to the next level. The international institutions have to cast a defining hand in this regard because they will need to construct railroads and lines of same quality throughout the world where the electronic train will move from one nation to another, and the United Nations have to take the leading role in the internationalized project of reconstruction. The organization will have to attain the aid from less significant, but valuable partners such NATO, European Union and SAARC. The vision of global citizenship behavior is going to impress people to emerge with unified identity. The feeling of unity will create paradise on this Earth. The peace of worldly organization went through disruption when we created a system of hunters and gatherers.
The philosophy of self-interest found application in the world from operating in the backyard. The basic human psychology had a need of sharing with others. However, the typical corporate thinking suspended the ways of sharing, and therefore, the advancement of time recorded unethical practices as legitimate business operations.
The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has to find ways in the corporate world. The CSR is becoming much more than the mere marketing tool and it will develop into a framework that will add social responsiveness as a valuable part of the strategy.

Conclusion

This paper has an intellectual infrastructure to highlight the need to have environmental stability as a valid strategic concern in the contemporary organizational culture and structure of the airline industry. The moneymaking is a disease that originates from the prevalence of corporate greed. The managers have to realize the preexistence of the requirement to sustain the planet because if it loses integrality then, the drama will abruptly as the stage will self-distrust. The human need of practicing greed was developed in order to centralize the presence of wealth into a few hands, and the education of psychology requests the individuals to serve the needs of the society in order to find pleasure in lives. The managers are earning the money, and feeling bad about themselves growingly.
