Likewise, to all Jesus parables, the fundamental principle of the Parable of the Muster Seed is based on the concept of “big idea” of explaining how the kingdom of God looks like. The parable teaches that a seed has no capability of transforming itself into a plant unless it is sown in the ground (Reading, 2010). Humans are similar to the seed, therefore, to change their lives they have to be sown in the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus said his Father is ever ready to transform humankind by suing the Holy Spirit.
Literally, a tiny mustard seed grew and became a big tree that offered shelters for numerous birds. Additionally, it attracted many birds that love the little black mustard seed. With many similar parables, he spoke the word to his disciples and congregation with a motive to educate them about the God’s Kingdom. The image painted by Jesus in the Parable of the Mustard Seed is of the humble beginnings of the business that experience an explosive rate of growth (Reading, 2010). Therefore, the same concept is applied in the current business world. Most of the businesses start from a smaller beginning and become a global icon business that provides employments to many people. Just like the big tree that provided food and shelter for the birds, business likewise enhances a standard of living to the associates by becoming a source of food and shelter.

The relevant names that Bob Iger manage are not just ABC, Marvel, ESPN and Pixar but the entire entertainment factory. When Walt was 16 years old, he wanted to enlist in the army during the World War 1 (Reingold, 2012). Back to Iger, his dream goal was to be a television news correspondent. After his graduation, things went wrong nut, not in the way, he initially planned after joining local news station where he was a television weatherman (Reingold, 2012). Beside his rough pathway of being employed in one company after another, he had grown and developed substantial skills and experience to be the CEO of Walt Disney. Therefore, despite the things that Bob Iger has passed he has emerged as a hero.
In conclusion, most of the world icon businessmen with famous names have passed a rough way to their destination of achievement. They are the just mustard seed that germinated to be a bigger despite its tiny seed. The prosperous business like Walt Disney, have created employment opportunities. Therefore, they have made life brighter for many employees for lifting up their standard of living similar to the big tree became a shelter, rest and food for numerous birds.
