Riding the horses has always been enthusiastic and entertaining experience for the people who are fond of horses. Learning programs are available especially at the stables which providing the learning regarding the horse riding along with some other beneficial and significant information related to the horse care and riding. These trainers provide the basic knowledge and tips for the horse riding. There are several great trainers who are experienced in this field including Staci Westfall, Monte Mills, and Clint Anderson. These trainers and other trainers suggest their learners to ride a horse in the saddle in the beginning. Consequently, the training of a horse under a saddle holds some importance regarding the horse riding. Horse riding which uses the saddle seat is a unique style and is among one of the disciplines of English riding hence developed in United States. In the United States, the saddle seat is been introduced from two origins. The first one is from the tradition of the Plantation of the American south. In this region, high-stepping and smooth moving horses were utilized for conducting the plantation and used for the travel through overseas. Thus, the owners of the horses ride them to overseas in order to reach different fields. The main objective of using horses was that horses can be used comfortably for riding for many hours. The other origin of riding the horses with saddle comes from the Europe. In this source, it is believed that the show was held regarding the saddle by those riders who were fond of showing their high-stepping and flashiest horses in the city parks. This lead to the name park horse which I consumed for the competition in which horse’s action is important.
It is very important to develop the feelings with the horses before riding on it. Under the excitement, it is not appropriate to ride on the horse. In fact, the horses must be felt respect which can aid in the riding process. Subsequently, the groundwork is required. The negative feelings can hamper the relation of horse and human. Therefore, the groundwork is necessary which will develop this relation. The positivity in the horse enables to trust the owner. Conversely, the negativity enhanced the stress level in horse hence, the learning process is not possible.
The placing of the saddle on the back of the horse requires the development of a positive acceptance from the horse. In order to make the horse comfortable and calmly accept the saddle, the rope of the horse should be held be a person in a friendly attitude. Keeping the saddle should be preferred from left as it is believed to be the better side. Once the saddle is placed and seems accepted by the horse, the owner can show friendly behavior by rubbing the neck of the horse. Meanwhile of placing the saddle slowly on the horseback, the rope holding person should be present on the same side because, in case of any circumstances, the horse can be controlled. Once the horse accepts the saddle, the horse is made used to it by allowing it to jump and run to firmly accept the saddle.
Beginning to ride the horse requires the knowledge to handle the horse because a person can get indulged into difficult circumstances if the individual does not ride calmly on the back of the horse with saddle. Consequently, it is necessary that the saddle is tied together properly. Firstly, the pad of the saddle is placed on the horse back after brushing the horse. Afterward the saddle is prepared, and strap is linked to the right of the saddle. Later, right stirrup is flipped along with the girth strap on the saddle. This is done to move them out of the way. In this way, the saddle is easily put on the horse-back and can help in climbing the horse. The rider can take the support of the saddle and climb the horse and get the seat on saddle which is present on the back of the horse.
