These two events are intimately related, and Transgender itself is a health disparity a style or a belief once culture does not find ill in. Culture is very diverse, and people in different societies differ in their styles. Cultural competence is a pillar of reducing disparities such as transgender itself which is changing gender identity from male to female or female to male. On cultural bases it refers to a situation whereby an individual is not identified on the roles which he or she not doing or working on the roles which he or she is supposed to do as it pertains culture. In the both events, there is care a care that is referred to as a cultural competence care that gives much respect to diversification. The diversification is based on races beliefs and a long ethnicity line of individuals in the society. This care respects all races, beliefs and ethnicity differences in the patient’s population and also to the provider of the services to the people in the whole society. It also gives respect to the cultural factors that can have effects on the health of an individual for example transgender. Transgender is an act that is not or fully supported by culture. It is because it is an act that gives much confusion in the society. This act gives confusion because males have a behavior that reflects female’s behavior and many cultures do not support this. People in the society are much against it more so in the African world, and they refer this as the worst influence from the Western countries and the elders in the African society refer it as contamination.In accordance to the event, two cultural competencies have its inherent limitations. In this event, cultural competence is seen as encompassing only racial and ethnic differences while leaving out other groups that are recognized in the society and termed as marginalized groups. These population groups have some similarities as it pertains the health provider but are at a risk of being stigmatized in the whole society. As it pertains offering services to different societies, my profession gives me different guidelines that I should base my working practices too. I will base my profession in patient care with culture, in the sense that I should treat all societal cultures with respect as it pertains individual, societal norms and beliefs. It means that I will be conversed with each and every societal culture in our country in correspondence with my field of services which is transgender care because of the sensitivity that it comes with. Under my practices, I will be inclusive and not discriminate any societal culture meaning that all culture will be the same whether majority or minority. In my field of practice, I will treat all individuals based on their cultural identity and the differences that are cultural. It is because some individual may claim to be suppressed as I offer my services to all. I will consider the importance of every one's culture with great care because that can bring about opposition from the individuals of the society as it pertains offering my services to them. In offering my services I will be open to all, blame no one more so my patients, I will base my practice on confidence. Also, I will be responsible for myself that will bring upon some comfort to my work and my patients too. All risks that will come upon I will take them personally and come up with measures to curb them.
