The people in the small groups are the persons who interact with each other and mostly have similar way of thinking and characteristics, they always tends to make a cohesive environment around them. The small group’s types may variate from person to person, from community to community and areas to areas. The people with right attitude have successful small groups. Now following are the types:-

Education group
These groups have the different motive to prevail in community. Before giving any explanation of the small we get know about the proper definition of “Community”. Community refers to the group of people which have cohesiveness in them but sometimes have complex relationship with them due to different sense of humor. Now coming back on the types of small groups.
Spiritual development groups:- These are the groups which interact with the internal personality of the people. They spiritually bring the sense of cohesiveness in the people. These groups encourage people to know eternal truth of living. They bring major change in the human behavior (Krajcik, 1996). For example, there was one person who was mentally very depressed and unable to find any reason to live, the Ninjutsu Melbourne Australia group found him, this group provide spiritual support to the people and also help them to train in ninja fighting. After their support and enthusiasm, that depressed man turned into a spiritual man and physically trained man.
Groups to serve community:- these are the social groups which provide the emotional and practical support to the people (Sampson, 2001). The perfect example of the community group support is Joseph who was suffering from the disease of heart and morally it was like he was waiting for his death every day, every minute, every second. The community group provides him the emotional support and helps him to get the thinking that “don’t give it up”, that he can live as much as he want, all he needs is the right attitude.
Groups to involve people:- these groups involve people to fight for the wrong doings and encourage people to not to support it.
