The business is expanded more through the social networking because the social contacts are increased and, in addition, the people come closer to each other. The closeness of the customer and business holders is essential for the good business. Hence, the business can flourish by the use of the social networking sites. Social networking enables the internet communities to remain interconnected which leads to the acknowledgement of different individuals. Consequently, the social networking provides the platform in which different people can interact with each other or together with discussions, explanations, communication related to different topics and for the purpose of the business as well.

Social networking has increased the opportunities for the employments. Thus, for the business set up the genuine employees can be found and hired through the use of the social networking. Consequently, the team can be formed according to the terms of the desire and the employees are the bearer of the characteristics which are required for the business. This is possible because many job seekers can approach through the social networking and among them only the selected can be hires who meet the criteria of the dream team (Hein, 2014). Furthermore, the social networking enables a certain type of business to regain the feedback from the clients and the customers quickly and in less time (Kirchmer, 2012). The feedback whether positive or negative is essential for the growth and uplift of the business. Therefore, the feedback can play a critical role in the determination of the status of the business.
In addition to this, the managers and employees can be providing the necessary training through the social networking despite sending them the entire manual of the training session (Mullaney, 2012). In this way, the training can be accomplished efficiently. Social networking allows the users to stay connected with the world affairs, and the people can acquire the knowledge regarding the world issues pertaining to the business. Consequently, the business can be updated with the innovation of the business taking place globally. Hence, the social networking enables the individual stay updated according to the happenings of the world in the present.
Besides this, the new business can be introduced to the other people through the social networking. Social networking helps the people to gain an audience and new customers and thus, the business is expanded. Since, the knowledge related to the world affairs is regained by the social networking, therefore, at the same time, the information regarding the competitors is also possible through the network. Hence, in order to run the business and win over the competitor, the information from the social networking can be used to increase the market value and intelligence of the business (Lexelle, 2014). In this way, the business can acquire the success. Social networking is the most assured means of transferring the contents and messages to the client and customers. These contents can reach the customers quickly and thus, the information regarding the business can be accessible to the customers. This assurance of the transfer of the content can be valuable for the growth of the business since, the customers are updated about the business.
In addition to this, the social networking allows the business holders to introduce their brands with no cost, the advertisement of the brands can be accomplished without paying anything, and consequently, the audience can be given the awareness of the business and the products (Arkowitz et al., 2013). The business holders can remain available for the help of the clients and the customers all the time by communicating through the social networking. This can help in the development of the better relationship with the customers. The good relationship between the business owners and the customers can lead to good business.
Similarly, the social networking sites such as facebook, twitter, and the LinkedIn holds number of users. Such a large number of audiences cannot be acquired by any other means (Mccorvey, 2010). Therefore, the social networking is the better opportunity for the introduction and conduction of the business. Consequently, the large number of audiences can provide the large number of customers. Hence, by making the good reputation in the networking, the owner can run the business smoothly and more successfully as compared to the business which is run by the means of the offline networking.

In conclusion, the social networking can be considered as the good source for the development of the business. The social networking provides the better opportunity for the business to reach the customers and the employees. Subsequently, both the customers and the employees can be approached quickly and without giving any trouble to anyone. Therefore, social networking is the better option for the success of the business due to the several advantages and the expansion it grants to the business.
