A good actor crosses the edge of everyday lives into the universe of the imaginative craftsman. Through acting techniques, the actor figures out how to venture into an alternate world where his internal powers of passion and creative ability wake up. Acting technique teaches actor the way to break down the script and finding actors’ character. Acting techniques also involves the relationship of the character to others and their spot in the story, investigate what activities they do and how to advocate them. Imagine how that individual responds to life, how that individual dresses, strolls, thinks and banters with others. The actors need not be hesitant to act like another person, Draw on these visualizations when depicting the character; Actors continuously stay in that perspective when acting. Acting doesn’t mean attempt to act the character; relatively it means to be the character. Actor must Forget that he is imagining and should attempt to turn into the character actor is playing.
It is very significant for the actor to know the class of own character in the script. The class of the character can vary including lower middle class, middle class, and upper middle class. Every social class has specific characteristics which are reflected by their way of living, attitude and attire. All of these characteristics of the class of the actor must be reflected by the character for example; a character belonging to upper class must be represented in good outfit and luxuries and happiness on his face. People belonging to upper middle class are highly respected and have great wealth. Imitating a character not only depend upon the clothing of a person but also includes the change in his behavior. For example; a person belonging to working class is usually well spoken. If the actor has to play a character of a professional, then he must study the characteristics of that profession before performance including his behavior, actions, and costume. For example; musicians and singers usually have long hairs and bearded.
Treat the easily overlooked details as being vital. In the event that on-screen character is performing for a group of people in the theater, performer need to do everything performer can to make the crowd accept the character that performer is attempting to be. On the off chance that the script says that somebody is talking excessively, then depict a look or disturbance on performing artists' face and maybe go with that with eager tapping of performers' foot. During an emotional scene if the performing artist is about to shed tears, the character squint hard, look downwards and fiddle with performers' garments and attempt to gaze without flickering until tears come. Little activities are amazingly perceptible, including exceptionally expressive facial gimmicks. Incorporate whatever number of the faculties as could reasonably be expected, for example, playing music, putting on make-up, turning on a few lights; anything that can fulfill the room or pitiful to fit the character and part that performer are attempting to present. This incorporates changing performers' voice; this could be possible by investing time with individuals who have the sought stress, take in the dialect as well as get a voice mentor.
Imagination is an actors’ association with immaculate vitality. Before starting theater, it is the first thing actors need to engage in preparation. In the event that performer endures in his attempts, he figures out how to interface his technique to this most valuable movement. It is vital to Michael Chekhov's methodology to acting. During play, the characters must be linked to their partners. Whether the partner has to speak dialogs or has to be quiet, an actor must keep the connection with his partner through expressions and gestures.
