Time To Fully Integrate Arugula Stores Within The Evergreen Brand (Borrowing From Essays Example

First off, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you all in joining the Evergreen Natural Markets family. We are excited to have you on board and look forward to working with you as we integrate Arugala into Evergreen.
In moving this forward, I would like to invite you to attend a meeting at Evergreen Headquarters on one of the following dates, pending your collective availability: June 12, 2015, or June 13, 2015. Once finalized, my executive assistant, Jennifer Thompson (), will be in contact with each of you to make the necessary travel arrangements (flight, ground transportation, accommodations, etc.).
At the meeting we will be joined by Harry Miller, CFO, and Sheila Merlyn, CTO. Naturally, the focus of the meeting will be how we will move to integrate Arugala stores under the Evergreen brand. Some tentative agenda items are as follows:
