As a leader, Gary Kelly makes an interminable positive impression on his employees and customers alike. He is the leader and employer in America that I am so proud of. By reference to the servant leadership philosophy adapted to his flight company needs, I see Gary Kelly as a striving personality to make the lives of his employees meaningful through their career success. Also, professional accomplishment means a lot to his company and helps facilitate a friendlier atmosphere among different professionals. Kelly’s unique style of leadership is a product of his candidness and can ensure that we all find ourselves happier with the job we do and the world we live in.
CEO of Southwest Airlines, Mr Gary Kelly, has developed a right-to-the-point conception of caring for his employees. Only the leader, who has a sound understanding of the needs and wants of his employees, can turn out to be such a loved and popular manager. I truly think that Mr Kelly’s natural inclination is to serve as best as possible, and due to that he is so perceptive and admired by many, if not all, of his closest followers. His aspiration to lead seems to develop from his inner wish to serve. Conversely, the servant leadership could also be perceived as something very extreme to the point. However, by our nature we are, now and then, explorers at our hearts and this makes achieving the impossible possible. As already mentioned, Mr Kelly’s source of power is versatile, and for this he literary cares person to person for everybody working at his Southwest Company. This attitude is not unique in America, though every employee would welcome the boss, such as Mr Gary Kelly, who is a competent professional and worth a dozen of less important managers working at competitive companies.
