CEO of Southwest Airlines, Mr Gary Kelly, has developed a right-to-the-point conception of caring for his employees. Only the leader, who has a sound understanding of the needs and wants of his employees, can turn out to be such a loved and popular manager. I truly think that Mr Kelly’s natural inclination is to serve as best as possible, and due to that he is so perceptive and admired by many, if not all, of his closest followers.
