Additionally, monitoring is imperative to determine how its resources are utilized as well as for purposes of ensuring that the safety of its employees is not placed under jeopardy. The most appropriate way of communicating such information may be through organizational meetings and organizational policies. In this case the company informs its employees that monitoring their driving habits is part of the organizational operational policies.

Access to the aforementioned data should be provided to the monitoring/human department. That is, the department in charge human resource management. As such, the human resource manager should have this information. On the other hand, other organizational managers may access this information for purposes of analysis and decision-making.

Yes. The company has the duty of protecting its employees’ privacy. However, the essence of selling the information to third parties may occur in relation to company’s policies.
